Yep, as it loads it gets about 1/4 the way and BAM! CTD; I have updated punkbuster thinking that might be it but to no avail.
Ideas appreciated..

Did you try clearing the cache in MyDocuments. BF2 generates a rendering cache that could be bad or different. Did you change video drivers lately?

Actually, Doc I did update my video driver (i'd never thought of that).
